JOB EXPECTATIONS

Hard work of course! But apart from that, we will ask you to participate in new customer prospecting, growing existing accounts, setting appointments, LISTENING to your prospects, creating solutions, developing proposals, and closing business. All of this will be accomplished by you and a strong existing support team.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Two plus years of sales experience preferred but not required
  • Industrial sales experience preferred but not required
  • Must enjoy client outreach and relationship-building
  • Territory: Tennessee, you must have the capacity to cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the state, demonstrating a strong ability to drive sales and meet targets in the designated region.
  • Willingness to make prospecting and follow-up sales calls via telephone, email, social media, and in-person
  • Strong work ethic including the ability to work unsupervised
  • Passionate, motivated, and HUNGRY TO SUCCEED
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to identify and qualify leads
  • Strong skills using MS Office Suite, CRM software, social media
  • Limited travel
